SyntegraTech’s TimeTrack Attendance Tracking System (TimeTrack) is built for the tracking of employees/subcontractors in and out of a facility and reporting the amount of time between each in or out transaction. It can be used to collect transactions each time a person enters or leaves a construction site, building, or campus, using a bar code ID badge, which it can also produce. It has all the features and reporting required to track the attributes of an employee, and can be used to report activity, elapsed time, absence, force, and helpful statistical data concerning attendance, by company, craft, shift and date. It is simple to set up, and simple to use. It is available in Access 97/2000/2002/XP/2003/2007 versions, which can be found in Microsoft Office Professional. It comes to you as executable code, but is available as source code, and can be easily modified. The TimeTrack software is independent of any other software.

This is an easy to use program that allows you to enter employee/subcontractor information, track and report all kinds of attendance information, produce ID badges and generate reports using any of the available information based on a variety of criteria. It eliminates the errors and hassles of paper-based attendance systems. The employees themselves record their own attendance at one or more microcomputer “time clocks”, and they have full visibility of their actions at the time they make their entry or exit (punch in or out). It insures that attendance information is recorded correctly and can be reported in a timely and useful manner. It also supports remote time clock data collection in both Access on any PC and Visual CE (Windows CE) on a Handheld PC with a built-in laser scanner (PAT HPC). It also offers a standalone Access Badge Making program, which integrates to most digital cameras.
