MARC TO CONTROL ELECTRONIC TURNSTILES, GATES AND DOORS
The Micro Activated Relay Controller (MARC) enables you to
control up to 2/8/16 electronic turnstiles, electronic door locks, or
electronic gates. This device is connected to your “Gate” PC through a serial
port and allows you to automatically open turnstiles, gates and doors based on

cards ranging from any printer using a bar code font or ABarCode Access

BAR CODE UTILITIES
There are many ways to print bar code. Printers can have
built-in bar codes, but these can be very expensive. We provide two non-printer
dependent methods to produce bar codes on any paper on any printer. Bar Code
Fonts are TrueType fonts which are available to install on a badge making PC to
produce bar codes on any badge, keytag, ID card, report, or labels, but need a
certain amount of experience to get the most benefits. ABarCode MS Access
utility produces a variety of perfect bar codes on any output from MS Access.

BADGE SUPPLIES
There are many ways to make a badge or ID Card. They can be made
simply and inexpensively by printing on plain white or colored paper, and then
cutting at the score marks made by the PATS/PATSY program. Then one folds the
paper in half at the score mark, the resulting ID Card is placed in a
laminating pouch, and put into the laminator to seal the pouch and make the
badge permanent. We supply the paper, although plain white or color paper works
just as well, the digital camera for making photo ID cards and pictures to show
in PATS/PATSY when members scan their cards, and lamination pouches of all
sizes and grades. We can also supply plastic keytags and badges. These can be
printed on directly by several card printers, which we can supply, or a label
can be printed and applied to the keytag to make a very simple and inexpensive
solution for member badges. All badges produced in YACCESS or other systems
will work in PATS/PATSY, but the PATS/PATSY Photo ID Card is less expensive,
more durable, and when printed on a color inkjet printer – beautiful! The
members/employee/visitors love them.
