SyntegraTech’s piTRACK Inventory Tracking System (piTRACK) is built for the tracking of all kinds of inventory both inside and out in the warehouse or storage location of a printer, magazine, newspaper, or any business that uses rolls, pallets, or boxes of paper or associated materials. PiTrack reports the location, condition, custodian, various dates, and many other features and conditions of the paper and other inventory. It can be used to collect transactions on a stationary PC, handheld PC, or handheld Windows CE HPC/PPC/PDA each time an inventory item (roll) is receipted, verified, moved or issued using a durable bar code ID label, which it can also produce, or using the paper industry standard bar code Roll ID labels. Receipts can also be done using an electronically transmitted file in the standard EMBARC format. It has all the features and reporting required to track the attributes of any inventory item, and can be used to report all activity (even POs), various dates, conditions, special handling, new bar code label required, location, and issued to badge, as well as signature by ID, Bar Code No, PO Number, Part Number, Receiving Report Number, Roll/Pack/Case Number, as well as many other inventory attributes. It is simple to set up, and simple to use. It is available in Access 2000/2002/XP/2003/2007 versions, which can be found in Microsoft Office Professional. It comes to you as executable code, but is available as source code, and can be easily modified. It also uses Syware’s Visual CE on a rugged WIN CE 3.0 through Windows Pocket PC 2003 and even CE.NET 5.0 and Mobile 5.0 Handheld PC, with a built-in or added laser scanner. The piTRACK software is independent of any other software.
