SYSTEM BUILDING SEMINAR


SYNTEGRATECH® is offers software and hardware in a compatible toolkit which you may use to develop your own system, Do-It-Yourself, you may pick from a wide array of existing SYNTEGRATECH® system products, Off-The-Shelf, or you may use the incredible experience, creativity, and frugality of SYNTEGRATECH® to work with you and build you a complete custom system under your direction. You need to understand that, like everything else at SYNTEGRATECH®, our approach to software and system development is different than the others. We are not interested in the long and expensive process of "brick laying" a system by writing complex, ill conceived, difficult to support Visual Basic code, or any other code. We use tools that provide a fast and easy approach to development, and when combined with our existing repertoire of system solutions and software, and our immense experience, we can build a better system solution in less time and for less money than you might imagine. Through the use if DroidDB, Visual CE, mEnable, Report CE, Microsoft MS Access, and literally thousands of previous solutions we provide the simplest, easiest to support, and most personality free software solutions available - anywhere. As with everything we do, less is more!

We also offer a System Building Seminar, which can be presented at your facility, and is both very entertaining and very informative, and can be tailored to the level and interests of the audience. The System Building Seminar is offered for a fixed price of $800 plus expenses, and we can meet with you and your people after the presentation to develop a proposal for a System Solution that fits your exact problems, situation, needs and budget. This option can be a very good first step for many companies.

Package Tracking

SYNTEGRATECH® worked with the folks at the Social Security Administration In Maryland, USA to help them develop a system to receipt all packages (large and small) from all delivery companies (FEDEX, UPS, USPS, etc.) and then consolidate them into groups by building and department so that delivery could be made to that location, tracking the lot of packages, recording proff of delivery, signature, and then posting the status to the web based information system. The system was constructed using Visual CE, MS Access, Cold Fusion, TBarCode and a direct synchronization to a networked PC from rugged laser bar code scanning Pocket PCs.

 

 

 

 

REMOTE SERVICING

SYNTEGRATECH® worked with the folks at a Canadian based Service Company based in Montreal, PQ, CAN and all across Canada to help them develop a system to go out to various hardware stores (eg. Home Depot) to service various manufacturers displays, conduct in-store training and special projects. The work was scheduled at the various primary office in each of the provinces, and the Representative would then go to each store and provide the necessary service that was called for for each of the vendors who were represented in that particular store. They would note in real-time their activities, taking many pictures and all this collected information would be synchronized from any location that supported an Internet connection to and from the central office in Montreal from anywhere. This information was then made available through reports and in Internet based interface to the various contracted parties, all vendors and stores, and both their respective company management. The system was constructed using Visual CE, MS Access, and a PHP web based interface.

 


Valve Tracking

SYNTEGRATECH® worked with the Mobile Valve people at Source Atlantic in New Brunswick, CAN to help them develop a system to go out to various remote locations in various plants and refineries to service and report on in place as well as in shop valves of all manufacturers, types and sizes.  This was an existing MS Access based system originally built in 1999, and added to many times. We harmonized the existing system, repaired  broken or poorly made construction and code, and then deployed the system in Access 2007 on a shared network setup at the central office, and the system was deployed to the field on a series of Panasonic Toughbook touch screen intrinsically safe superior rugged PCs. The operator collects information of the Valve Inspection in the Away Database, on-site in some of the harshest conditions imaginable, and carries with them all information required to do so in the Away Database, including a complete history of all previous Valve Inspections and results. The information is then brought back to the office in electronic form and synchronized to the Home Database for billing and future inspections. The system was constructed using MS Access and MS Excel 2007/2010.


SERVICE REPAIR ORDER

SYNTEGRATECH® worked with the folks at a pool cleaning company in Texas, USA to help them develop a system to go out to various remote locations to record and remotely bill the labor and parts in Service Repair Order System.  This was an existing MS Access based system originally built by the customer and then modified greatly by SYNTEGRATECH®, including all the Pocket PC based portion of the system. This system also collected billing information including payment information (credit card), as well as printed receipts at the remote locations. The scheduling portion of the system provided the expected work load for each operator, and each of the Pocket PCs are synchronized to the Office Database both in the morning to load the schedule into the Pocket PC and at night to load the collected data into the Office Database for additional billing and reporting. The system was constructed using MS Access 2000, Visual CE, and Report CE.
