Driven by a high-speed 806MHz Marvell processor and Windows Mobile 6.5 operating system, the PAT PA550 boasts full wireless connectivity, QWERTY keypad with programmable hot keys, and exceptional battery life for extended device runtime.

The PAT PA550 features an auto-focus 5.0 megapixel camera allowing users to take photos and video for proof of service applications. With its integrated GPS, Bluetooth, WiFi and 3.5G WAN wireless connectivity, the PA550 provides positioning, tracking and tracing capabilities – anytime, anywhere.

The PAT PA550 features a sunlight readable display for outdoor use. The Blanview® transmissive LCD requires minimal power consumption while providing a large viewing angle, and the Smart Light Sensor technology detects ambient light to automatically adjust screen brightness without manual configuration.

For global positioning applications, the PAT PA550 utilizes the Ublox NEO-5Q Professional GPS module with KickStart® technology. Even under weak signaling environments, the GPS module provides accelerated startup, acquisition and tracking.
